WILEX AG is in compliance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code (GCGC) as amended on 14 June 2007, with the exception of the items described in the company's most recent declaration of compliance. Since publishing its previous declaration of compliance on 26 February 2007, WILEX AG has been in compliance with the recommendations of the GCGC as amended on 12 June 2006, with the exception of the items mentioned in the declaration.

On 19 February 2008, the Executive Management Board and the Supervisory Board of WILEX adopted the current declaration of compliance in accordance with Section 161 German Stock Corporation Act. This declaration is valid until the publication of the next declaration of compliance, which is expected at the start of 2009.
